I have just received my order for 4 crystal heart charms, individually engraved for each of my daughters on their wedding day. I am thrilled with the product, so beautifully finished, gorgeous colour and engraving is just perfect to make this personal gift such a special way to remember their Nan and grandad - together again for ever. I can’t wait to see their faces when they know their grandparents will be with them in such a special way on their wedding day (We plan to attach the charms to the bride’s flowers with a golden chain). The service was professional, speedy and accurate. The excess ashes were returned respectfully and I am considering ordering more charms for my nieces.
