I ordered this charm to fit on my Pandora bracelet.. I wanted to carry my very dear friend with me so chose the ashes heart. Excellent quality, beautifully made and excellent service from start to delivery of my order.
The only thing that was noticeable was when the charm is on my bracelet is that the heart rolls around instead of the heart staying upright on the bracelet… so it appears upside down all the time. However I love it and would definately order again should I require another precious charm.
