I wanted a loved ones handwriting printed onto a dog tag one side and a message on the other.
The communication with Gem was excellent and she made sure it was clear what I wanted.

I paid the extra for it to be delivered within 10 days but it was on my doorstep within 3 days.

Its absolutely perfect, my husband will be in tears when he sees it and im sure it will become a treasured possession.
