Cannot thank Gemma enough for the beautiful charms that I had made for my mum and I. The quality is unbelievable and done in such a quick turn around (less than a week) so that I was able to to gift this to my mum for Christmas after losing my gran so suddenly. Gemma was so kind and managed to squeeze us in at such a busy time.
