I ordered two of the charms that would fit a nomination bracelet for my mums birthday. I also added on the collection kits and I couldn’t have been an easier process.
Both my dogs ashes in separate collection kits sent back without an issue and the charms arrived no more than a week after!

I bought a nomination style charm for my daughter. I wanted to add some of her dad’s ashes as we lost him suddenly last year and give her a reminder she could wear and keep close to her. She was really pleased with it and wears it every day. Very good customer service and communication was great.
