Christmas Deadlines.

Standard delivery - Ashes must be with me by 21st November 2025

10 Day turnaround - Ashes/prints must be with me by 9th December 2025

1 day Turnaround - Ashes/prints must be with me by 18th December 2025

Ashes collection kits are shipped with standard 2nd class post, please allow up to a week for delivery.   I highly recommend sending ashes in your own secure packaging to avoid having to wait for a kit. 

We will be closing for Christmas on 19th December and no further orders will be shipped after this date until we reopen after Christmas.

Thank you, my son was over the moon. It is a gift for Christmas, but I knew he wouldn’t be able to wait to see how lovely the necklace is. Beautifully made, a great memory of our beloved cat. Excellent product exactly as described in the picture. Really good customer service confirmed when ashes were received and product was delivered well before estimated date. Bought as a gift for my son in memory of his Dad he was delighted with it. Would have no hesitation in buying from lasting touch again

I am totally in awe of this beautiful pendant.
My daughter died in September aged 44.
Her 12 year old son wanted a pendant containing ashes to be close to his mum.
It was simple to order the pendant, it arrived quickly and parcelled neatly.
I had engraved on the reverse of the pendant
‘Forever loved, forever 44, mum.
I will give it to him at Christmas. I am over the moon with it.
