Just a heads up that I'm taking some time off in September. I won't be dispatching any jewellery or collection kits between 10th-24th September. 

 Inclusions received while we are away will picked up by my son and stored safely ready to be logged in as soon as we return.   Once logged, there will be limited availability for customers who wish to upgrade to a faster turnaround.

I will be unable to confirm receipt of packages during my time off, so if this concerns you, please wait until we get back to send your ashes to me.

I wanted a keepsake after losing my beautiful Romanian rescue, Nova so suddenly. I ordered the pink coloured paw print to include Nova's fur to fit on my Pandora bangle.

Honestly don’t know what to say or where to begin but thank you so much. After a devastating loss of my pet cat which has been with me since the age of 11 to have her ashes in a charm to be with me daily helping me through the struggles is a big comfort.
