This ashes bead charm has a 5mm hole and will fit 3-5mm pandora and similar branded and unbranded charm bracelets.
The overall size of the ashes charm is approx 10x11mm and will sit very well alongside Pandora branded charms.
The heart shaped bracelet charm is 18ct Rose Gold PVD Stainless Steel.
I will personally fill the charm with the colour of your choice and a small amount of either cremation ashes, hair or pet fur. I am happy to work with both human and pet inclusions. If you are sending hair or fur, I recommend chooing a pearl colour for the best effect. Also please be aware that light coloured or grey hair may not show up well in the resin particularly if it is very fine. Often, funeral directors will separate out a small amount of ashes or a lock of hair for the purpose of making keepsakes. If you have this, you are welcome to send the bag as it is, you do not need to handle the ashes any further if you don't want to. If the ashes have not been separated out, or you would prefer to separate them further, you can request a collection kit which will include a small bag big enough to hold around a teaspoon of ashes. Please do not send any more than a teaspoon as this will be more than enough for multiple orders. Any ashes that are not used in your order will be sent back to you with your jewellery. Alternatively, if you think you might want more items in the future, you can request for the ashes to be stored safely with me to save sending them through the post any more than necessary.
Your ashes bracelet charm will be gift boxed and packaged with tissue wrap along with any left over ashes, and aftercare sheet. I can also provide a certificate of authenicity if you would like one, don't forget to let me know the name you would like to have on it.
A name of up to 6 letters can be engraved on the back if you wish. Please contact me to discuss options if you require more than 6 letter as this will require a smaller font.

I generally ask for around a teaspoon of ashes, although that is way more than I actually need. It gives me a good amount to be able to pick out the very best ashes for your jewellery.
You can choose whether to receive an ashes collection kit or whether to send them yourself. My ashes collection kit contains a small bag to put your ashes into, and a larger one to ensure extra protection in the post. It also includes an envelope to return the ashes in with prepaid 2nd class postage.
If you are sending the ashes yourself, I recommend packaging them in a small grip seal bag, ideally double bagged in case of any leaking. Please use a plastic or bubble envelope as paper can easily rip.
You can send using standard post, or a tracked service, however I prefer deliveries that do not require a signature as missed deliveries can cause a delay in processing your order.
My address will be provided in the confirmation email after you order. Please not not send any inclusions until after you have ordered and received your order number.
Collection kits are posted out every 2-3 days with standard 2nd class post, please allow around a week for delivery. if you need your item in a hurry, I recommend sending your inclusions in your own packaging..
Most customers send their ashes via Royal Mail, however if you would prefer to deliver them by hand, you are welcome to do so as long as the ashes are well labelled. You can pop them through my letterbox at any time.
All orders will be posted out by Royal Mail. I do not offer a collection service as I often work irregular and changeable hours. If you are local to the SESKU area, I am happy to arrange delivery by hand.
Any leftover ashes will be returned to you unless you request for me to store them.
If you think you might like to order more jewellery in the future and do not want to keep sending your ashes backwards and forwards in the post, I am happy to store up to a teaspoon worth of ashes for you. All ashes are stored in well labelled bags attached to your original order details. If you wish to use ashes in future please make sure you keep a note of the order number.
I will always try to set ashes in the style that you see in my product photos. I will make them as visible as possible unless requested otherwise. If you would prefer the ashes to be more discreet or completely hidden, I can do that, just let me know. Do keep in mind that ashes are unique and will all look different, for the most visible ashes try to send me more coarse ashes rather than fine, dusty ones.

I ask customers to please allow up to 4 weeks for standard delivery, if I can get your order out sooner I will do, but there are no guarantees with this service.
If you need to guarantee that you receive your item for a specific date, please select one of the priority turnaround options available. The selected turnaround time will begin from the date that I receive your inclusions, and not from the date you place the order.
Standard postage is using Royal Mail's tracked48 service which is usually delivered within 2-3 days for being posted. You can upgrade to tracked24 or Special Delivery at checkout. If you wish to upgrade after ordering, please contact me.
If you need your order quickly, you may prefer to send your inclusions yourself rather than waiting to receive a collection kit.
Lasting Touch is an online business and I do not keep product samples available to view. Most of the items you see on my website and social media pages are of customer orders, so I no longer have them. If you want to see additional photos of a particular item, I can send you some by email, please just ask.

We have a range of colours for you to choose from, pease scroll through the images above to see examples. Pearlescent Colours - These are solid colours with a beautiful shimmer,ideal if you want very highly visible ashes. I also highly recommend choosing a pearlescent colour if you are sending hair or pet fur as this is the best base colour for that option. Crystal Colours - These are solid base colours but with added pieces of coloured crushed crystal to give the ashes stone added texture and sparkle. Opal Colours - These are extra special! We use synthetic opal to keep the colours we can offer constent, opal colours are bright and sparkly with a bit of irridescence, the luxury choice.
If non of the standard colour options suit your requirements, I can custom mix a pearlescent colour to suit your needs. Please note that I do not guarantee to match 'birthstone' colours as these can vary greatly and natural gemstones will never look the same as resin created stones. I may be able to produce a colour that is similar to a particular birthstone, but it will not be an exact match.
