I recently ordered a leather bracelet and key ring for my husband for Father’s Day the bracelet with mum n dad in and the key ring with his brother in.
I received it well in time for Father’s Day, beautifully packed, my hubby was choked up, He had tears of bittersweet happiness because now he had something very precious.

I was really disappointed, the keyring you could buy probably under .£20 I found somewhere similar to purchase a self fill keyring identical for under £20. Would definitely not recommend I paid £74 with all the so called extras. I feel truly take advantage of.

I am sorry you feel this way. This keyring is exclusive to Lasting Touch, I have them specially made just for us, it is not a mass produced 'self fill' item. You sent me your ashes, and I carefully picked out individual pieces for your keyring. That's after I set the opal colour you chose and did your engraving.
When you contacted me to express dissatisfaction, I offered you to return it for a refund. You declined that offer.
